Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 75 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth to Pacific Blue Ltd, trading as VANS a well established clothing and footwear retailer.
The premises comprise a net sales area of 998 sq ft, with further basement ancillary space, and was let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rent was £75,000 per annum, exclusive.
