Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT), the independent property and construction consultant has moved to larger premises in Manchester to accommodate its expanding business, taking a new five-year lease on the first floor of 15 Oxford Court.
TFT’s first Manchester office was opened in July 2011, headed by Hugo Bradley. Since then, four further appointments have been made, including Fergal Rogers who leads TFT M&E Consultancy from the North West base. And the team is confident of further growth in this and future years to come.
Hugo comments: “Despite the uncertainty in the market over the last 20 months, we have seen our business grow almost beyond expectations. The new appointments and subsequent larger office space enables us to confidently keep pace with the demands of existing and future clients.”
The Manchester office is one of TFT’s six offices across the UK, strategically placed to serve its clients in the North of England and deliver projects as part of a UK Network.
