Real Estate Investors plc (REI) has agreed a new long-term deal that secures the occupation of Avon House in Bromsgrove by financial services firm AFH Wealth Management.
AFH initially moved into the building in 2015, taking just one floor. Since then, the business has grown substantially and is now the UK’s largest independent financial advisor with £6 billion under management.
The company now occupies the entire 25,514 sq ft over all four floors, housing 300 plus employees.
REI has owned Avon House on Buntsford Gate Business Park since 2007.
AFH has committed to an additional 10 year term in addition to the 18 months left on the current lease.
