Trebor Developments and Andrew Scott Ltd have achieved the first Sectional Completion for the new KLA UK Manufacturing and R&D centre in Newport, South Wales. This allows specialist fit out contractor, CMB, to proceed with works whilst Trebor and Andrew Scott complete the balance of the works for occupation in April 2024.
