Reading-based Haslams Surveyors have relocated into new larger offices that will meet the company’s growing business needs.
After many years on Friar Street, the 20-strong firm has taken 2,000 sq ft at the prestigious Apex building immediately adjacent to Reading central train station.
Neil Seager, managing partner, said the office move was a statement of intent for the expanding business, which continues to outstrip the market having merged with Sharps Commercial last Spring.
He said: “These are incredibly exciting times for Haslams Surveyors. Having seen unprecedented company growth outperforming the market following the recent merger with Sharps Commercial, we needed an office space that matched both the direction we are moving in and the future needs of our clients.
“With this in mind the decision to move to the Apex was an easy one. It will provide not only a great location and facilities for our staff and clients, but also gives us the ability to grow as our upward trajectory continues. The move cements our presence in the Reading and greater Thames Valley market.”
The firm offers a broad spectrum of services to include commercial property and general land agency, development consultancy, lease advisory, valuation and building surveying. It is among southern England’s largest independent commercial property agents and chartered surveyors, consistently ranked as a top performing firm by industry research.
