Cribbs Mall has welcomed three new retailers to the South Gloucestershire shopping centre following the signings of lingerie, clothing and beauty brand Victoria’s Secret, bakery chain Greggs, and jewellers Clogau.
The three retail brands will take a combined 9,672 sq ft of space at the centre to mark yet another milestone for Cribbs Mall, which has consistently attracted top-tier retail and F&B brands, enhancing the South West’s shopping, dining, and leisure experience. With other recent lettings to Charles Tyrwhitt, Mango, The Works, Suits Direct, and Rituals, these latest arrivals mark Cribbs Mall’s ongoing commitment to securing a variety of high quality retailers which meet the evolving preferences of modern consumers.
Iconic international lingerie brand, Victoria’s Secret, will take 7,166 sq ft on a 5-year lease. On offer will be an unparalleled selection of luxurious lingerie, sleepwear, and beauty products and, with a commitment to empowering and inspiring women, Victoria’s Secret is set to become a must-visit destination.
Meanwhile, renowned bakery chain Greggs, will be taking a 10-year lease on a 1,905 sq ft unit. As a beloved household name, famed for its baked goods and savoury treats, Greggs will undoubtedly become a favourite amongst visitors and locals alike.
Jewellers, Clogau has also arrived at the centre, taking 601 sq ft on 5-year lease. The new store will include Clogau’s best-selling ranges, including the Tree of Life® and Lily of the Valley ranges, both inspired by the breathtaking natural beauty of the Welsh countryside. Clogau has a unique history of crafting immaculate pieces inspired by the beauty of the natural world, containing rare Welsh gold from the Clogau St David’s gold mine. This precious metal is beloved not only by jewellery enthusiasts but also by the Royal Family, who have used Welsh gold for their wedding rings, including that of Queen Elizabeth II in her marriage to Prince Philip, for over 100 years.
Meanwhile, popular dining establishment, Wagamama, known for its fusion of Japanese and Asian cuisine, has expanded its outlet at Cribbs Mall after agreeing a new 15-year lease. Under the new agreement, Wagamama’s unit has grown from 3,455 sq ft to 4,499 sq ft, after becoming one of Cribbs Mall’s most popular dining operators.
Scott Linard, Portfolio Director at M&G Real Estate, commented: “We are delighted to welcome these three new brands to Cribbs Mall. The diverse range of retailers committing to the centre, and the expansion of Wagamama’s, indicates brands’ confidence in the centre. With lettings last year spanning everything from fashion and lifestyle to beauty and accessories, Cribbs Mall continues to expand and broaden its retail and restaurant offer to meet the demands of today’s consumers.
“These new lettings also demonstrate the strength of large regional retail centres in strategic, accessible locations. With significant new development taking place across the area supported by growth in the wider local population base in this part of Bristol, the retailer community is undoubtedly recognising the trading opportunity Cribbs Mall provides.”
