Knight Property Group has secured a further new tenant at 1 St Swithin Row, in the heart of Aberdeen’s prestigious west end.
Barra Energy Ltd has agreed a five-year lease on Suite D, a first floor office suite that extends to 907 sq ft. The ten-desk open plan office has a meeting room and offers two car parking spaces with an EV charging point also being provided. The company has relocated from serviced offices in the city.
Barra Energy was founded in 2015 and provides quality engineering solutions, operational management support and dedicated experienced personnel to international and UK based operators within the oil and gas sector. The Aberdeen company is also transitioning its business to geothermal and renewables, recently completed its first geothermal conceptual design for Helmerich & Payne, a world-class drilling specialist.
