Polish dentists Polmed Midlands are “filling a gap” after setting up in West Bromwich – promising there is no need to venture abroad to get a cheap deal.
And their arrival is down to the “polished” approach of Black Country property agents Bond Wolfe.
When opened, it will be Polmed’s fifth UK outlet after Rugby, Birmingham, Wellingborough and London.
The firm, which offers general and cosmetic dentistry including teeth whitening, implants, braces and much more, and also has a gynaecological private practice, has signed a ten year lease to take the first and second floors at 26-28 Carters Green, West Bromwich.
The area has a sizeable Polish community albeit Polmed Midlands is naturally happy to take all nationalities.
James Mattin, managing partner of Bond Wolfe, said: “ Polmed Midlands is a niche and very go-ahead operation, expanding fast, and I am sure they will feel at home in this part of West Bromwich.
“There is some work to be done on the premises, followed by fit out, so it looks like a few months yet before this new branch will be operational.
“This deal is further evidence of our ability, as the most active agents in the area, to place tenants with suitable buildings in the town. The premises have been empty for a while since a training organisation moved out so it is particularly pleasing to be able to fill this void with a pro active tenant”
Polmed Midlands employs dentists, orthodontists and gynaecologists, some of them also working in NHS hospitals.
Staff speak several languages, apart from English, including being fluent in Polish and communicating also in Russian, Slovakian and, in some cases, Arabic.
The firm trades on its low price appeal.
A spokesman said: “The charges for some of our services are so low they are comparable with the prices in practices and clinics abroad. There is no need to travel to Brazil or Hungary to get good quality and affordable implants. With us you save time and money and we guarantee high standards and an excellent quality.
“We are excited about the prospects of launching in the Black Country and hope to be treating clients as soon as possible.”
