A former West Yorkshire saw mill which was redeveloped into a £3.3 million office scheme has welcomed its latest occupier in a deal brokered by property agents Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA.
Summer Boarding Courses Ltd, a business providing international students with summer boarding courses in England, has taken 2,450 sq ft on a new five year lease at the Home Farm Development in Esholt, near Guiseley in West Yorkshire,
Keyland Developments converted the Grade II listed premises into eight offices set within a landscaped Conservation Area in 2008. Following the letting to Summer Boarding Courses there is now just one suite, comprising 1,300 sq ft, remaining. Other occupiers include Stonehouse Projects Ltd, Circle Controls, Torque Orthodontics Ltd and PPS Ltd.
Tom Brammeld, associate director from Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Home Farm has proved to be a very successful and popular development since its launch four years ago. It provides SMEs with tranquil and distinctive offices located within a rural setting yet with the advantage of being just a few miles away from Leeds Bradford Airport and just ten miles away from Leeds.”
Matthew Tootell, director from GVA, added: “The scheme has seen great success and continued to thrive within the last 12 months. Home Farm is now close to being 100% fully occupied thanks to the unique and characterful nature of the offices providing occupiers with an environment they enjoy working within.”
Home Farm is situated adjacent to Esholt Hall, a major conference facility within half a mile of Esholt village, providing local facilities. Leeds Bradford Airport is approximately three miles away.
