The Bristol office of commercial property consultants Hartnell Taylor Cook has advised on the £1.2 million purchase of Blake Mill Business Park in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Ian Lambert, partner in Hartnell Taylor Cook’s investment team, acted on behalf of Parabolas Capital which bought the site from London and West Country Estates for £1.2 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 11.6 per cent.
The 23-unit, 29,975 sq ft, multi-let industrial estate, in Brue Avenue, has a mixture of occupiers and produces around £147,570 a year in rents.
