Acting on behalf of Tilstone managing Warehouse REIT, Canning O’Neill has signed up InHealth Intelligence to Universal House in Middlewich on a 10-year lease.
The leading software provider of information management solutions for health organisations in the UK has taken the 23,705 sq ft high quality office building for its own occupation.
Universal House comprises a quality, modern headquarters style property providing 23,705 sq ft over the ground and two upper floors and is accessed through a central reception.
