Global real estate adviser Knight Frank Bristol proudly congratulates two of their graduates who have successfully passed their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Having both previously studied at Cirencester’s Royal Agricultural University, Thomas Park and Katharine Beswick were accepted onto Knight Frank’s graduate scheme within the Rural Asset Management team based in the Bristol Commercial Office. During their time training, Tom has been focussing on corporate client work across a large geographical area, whilst Katherine has been excelling in private client management and land acquisitions.
The RICS APC is a process which seeks to ensure that prospective Chartered Surveyors are competent and meet the high standards of professionalism required to practice.
Christopher Terrett, Associate Rural Asset Management, comments: “Two superb results – Both Katharine and Tom have worked extremely hard not only cementing relationships with our loyal clients, but continuing to build on our partnership values. We are all delighted they have both been rewarded by passing their RICS assessments and this only strengthens further our Rural Consultancy offering in the western region – Well done both.”
