The Midlands branch of the Investment Property Forum has welcomed five new board members.
The new joiners are:
Haydn Cooper, chief executive officer at Calthorpe Estates
Haydn’s impressive CV includes senior posts at the Duchy of Cornwall, the Duchy of Lancaster, The Cadogan Estate and Grosvenor. At Calthorpe he is responsible for the property company’s 1,600 estate, including Edgbaston Village and the Edgbaston Medical Quarter, as well as the delivery of the £330million New Garden Square.
Adam Ramshaw, national head of consultancy service lines at Lambert Smith Hampton.
Adam has responsibility for the firm’s offices in Birmingham and the North and leads the investment agency in the Midlands.
Tim Rayner, partner and joint national head of real estate disputes at Irwin Mitchell.
Tim advises property investors and developers, retailers, occupiers and education providers and has particular experience in dilapidations claims.
Peter Wood, Real Estate Futures
Peter is a real estate investment specialist with a focus on Family Office JV structuring. In addition, he is a senior lecturer and doctoral researcher at Birmingham City University. He will be offering IPF members free seminars on various topics through the Property, Planning and Policies Research Cluster at BCU
Hapri Yorke-Brooks, senior associate director at BNP Paribas Real Estate
Hapri has more than 20 years experience in real estate and capital markets and was instrumental in setting up the IPF Midlands branch.
Richard Round, chairman of IPF Midlands, said: “The Midlands is a highly active region of the IPF. It’s great to have these local property big hitters on board to ensure our membership is fully represented and to help steer our successful networking events and seminar programme.
