Knight Frank, the global property consultancy, has expanded its professional consultancy team in Birmingham with the appointment of Rob George as Associate Partner.
Rob joins from Bruntwood Group, where he was Senior Asset Manager. Bringing several years of asset management expertise and has managed a portfolio of properties across Birmingham and Leeds totalling to £250 million.
During his time at Bruntwood, Rob was responsible for the company’s regional lettings and renewal strategy as well as the long-term asset strategies and capital deployment. His asset management experience is a welcome addition to Knight Frank in the Midlands giving him a valuable perspective when dealing with client requirements at lease events. Rob’s appointment will aid the expansion and offering of the lease advisory services across Knight Frank. His role will oversee rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears for both landlords and tenants predominantly across the industrial and office sectors.
