Following a significant upgrade of Trimbridge House in Bath city centre, Savills has advised landlord Boultbee Brooks on signing new leases with Gradwell Communications and Canned Wine Co.
Canned Wine Co, a sustainable wine producer have expanded out of serviced offices to occupy the part of the 1st floor comprising 2,146 sq ft on a new lease for a term of 5 years.
Gradwell Communications Limited, a cloud communications telecoms provider, have also relocated securing part of the ground floor at 2,998 sq ft on new 10 year lease term.
Trimbridge House provides Grade A open plan office accommodation in the centre of Bath just a stone’s throw from Milsom Street and Queen Square. Courtesy of the landlord’s recent redevelopment works, the office now offers a new reception, end of journey cycle facilities, and strong sustainability credentials with an EPC B and fully electrified building.
The remaining two suites providing 1,655 sq ft and 3,497 sq ft respectively, are available on new leases from the landlord. Fully fitted options are available on request.
