Monk & Partners have now agreed a letting of the latest unit to be completed by developers Unit Build (SW) Ltd on the newest Industrial Park at Langage, namely Langage South Business Park.
Comprising 1084 sq m (11672 sq ft) of high quality industrial/warehouse space with a good yard area, Monk & Partners identified the requirement and negotiated a new 10 year lease to a national vehicle repair company, Gemini Accident Repair Centre with over 30 centres located throughout the UK.
