Knight Frank and Savills have successfully let two floors on behalf of Royal London Asset Management at 45 Church Street, a 121,114 sq ft, exemplary office building located in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.
The whole 10th floor has been leased to Bevan Brittan, a UK Top-100 commercial law firm, and the part 7th floor leased to Port-P Ltd, a computer support and IT solutions provider.
Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) continue to invest significantly in the building, announcing the installation of a communal roof terrace on the 12th floor of the building which is aiming to be completed in the summer this year.
