Work rest and play is the order of the day at No 2 Methuen Park in Chippenham where Colliers International has let the first floor to leading mortgage and protection network First Complete on behalf of SciSys UK Limited.
First Complete, which provides business support, training and compliance to financial advisers, has expanded rapidly over the past two years and now has almost 700 adviser members around the UK. As a result it needs to expand its head office in order that it can continue to provide first class facilities to its staff and the very highest level of support to its advisers.
The modern office complex on the outskirts of Chippenham provides a café as well as high-spec office accommodation and attractive atrium.
Colliers International offices’ specialist James Preece said First Complete had agreed to take 3,710 sq ft along with an unusually generous 19 car spaces on a five year lease with three year break.
He said: “The SciSys building is a popular location offering flexible layouts and top notch facilities for staff.”
SciSys supplies bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services to the media broadcast, space, government & defence, environment and application support sectors.
“One of the building’s main attractions is the atrium, which includes a presentation suite which can be hired out to tenants.”
Office facilities include suspended ceilings, air conditioning, showers and kitchen, on site conferencing and a staffed reception. Three mainly open plan offices suites are still available
individually or combined.

Road and rail connections are excellent with the A4 (Bath Road) and the A350 providing fast links to Junction 17 of the M4 just six miles away.
