Colliers’ Bristol National Offices team has acquired 21,653 sq ft at The Pavilions in Bristol, for Matthew Clark, on a 10-year lease with a five year break.
The Pavilions, owned by Computershare, provides high-quality, flexible, open plan office space, occupying a high-profile location on the A38 Bridgwater Road, just south west of Bristol’s city centre. The building boasts collaborative working areas, as well as fantastic on-site amenities including a restaurant, café, shop, and gym.
Colliers acted on behalf of the occupier Matthew Clark part of the C&C Group to find suitable office space in the Bristol area, in order to upgrade their premises. The drinks wholesaler will soon move into 21,653 sq ft at Pavilion 2 joining other occupiers such as Computershare, PADI and Acacium.
