The Colliers Business Rates team has welcomed back Alex White as a director following four years away from the firm.
Re-joining from Savills, Alex has also worked at both EY and PWC, gaining considerable experience in the accounting sector. In his new role at Colliers he will focus on the central London market and provide expert business rates advice across all asset classes, as well as working alongside other departments to add value to existing client relationships.
John Webber, head of Business Rates at Colliers, comments: “During his time away Alex has built up a wealth of experience at two of the Big Four accounting firms and has also deepened his experience in the real estate sector. It’s fantastic to welcome him back to the team as we strengthen our presence in the capital, particularly ahead of the revaluation in April, during which we will provide our clients with invaluable advice.”
Alex adds: “Now is the perfect time to come back to Colliers, the team has created a huge presence in the market over the last five years and I’m excited to build upon this. The London business rates landscape is full of complexities, with rates varying from street to street and premises to premises. This new role will allow me to consolidate my knowledge from the last four years to provide the best advice to our clients.”
The Colliers Business Rates team has continued to grow year-on-year and is now 130-strong with staff based across the UK.
