Bristol architecture firm expands into @Renslade in Exeter

Acting on behalf of Marchmont Investment Management, property consultants Alder King have completed the letting of an 898 sq ft (83 sq m) office suite in @Renslade, Exeter to Rushbrooke Architecture & Planning.

The Bristol-based design company, which specialises in imaginative, sustainable and creative architectural design, has taken Suite 2.7 on a three year lease, after winning a number of contracts across Devon.

Development Director Gareth Kendall said. “We are delighted to have a presence in this fantastic location in the heart of Exeter. Our expansion into the south west has generated many new contacts and opportunities and means we are better placed to serve the needs of our new and existing clients.”

Situated close to the city centre and Exeter Quayside, @Renslade is currently undergoing refurbishment throughout to provide a range of high quality office suites from 550 to 6,500 sq ft. The property also provides meeting facilities, a cafe and ample car and cycle parking provision and enjoys good access to the motorway network, the A30 and A38 trunk roads and rail links.

Lee Southan of Alder King’s Exeter agency team comments: “This latest letting once again demonstrates that @Renslade is a popular location offering quality accommodation at good rents. The remaining suites are to let on flexible terms with incentives available.”

Other occupiers at Renslade House include Jacobs, Natural England, Artavia Advertising, Identity & Passport Service, Pearson and Reed Social Care.
