Federated Hermes has agreed terms with Vision Logistics, who has secured a 10-year lease for Unit 610 of the Fareham Reach Business Park, compromising 28,187 sq ft with a forecourt loading area and car park.
The business required a new site to support its growth in the South East and Fareham Reach provides the perfect location for expansion. The new site has recently been refurbished, offers much-needed additional storage space, and provides a clean room which has enabled it to further develop solutions in sectors such as blood plasma storage for health testing, and healthcare kit assembly services. This in turn supplements their existing fulfilment and storage operations.
Vision Logistics has strong links to the local area with up to 40 employees working in the Fareham and Gosport area. The new location will make it easier for their staff to get to work and the company’s expansion will support more local employment opportunities in future.
The company also has partnerships to service UK-wide public sector providers including the Portsmouth Queen Alexandra Hospital, providing the vital supplies they need to care for patients. Vision Logistics also operates a direct-to-patient delivery service making it easier for patients to get the products they need and enhancing quality of life support and care for those that need it.
As well as their support for the NHS, Vision Logistics’ client list also includes internationally recognised brands such as Essity, Oatly, Nualtra and Freshpet.
