Six surveyors from property consultancy CBRE are celebrating after climbing up the ranks at the firm’s Birmingham office.
Ian Gascoigne has been promoted to director in the lease consultancy team.
Ian, who joined the firm in 2001, specialises in handling lease renewals, lease re-gears and rent reviews within the industrial sector across the East and West Midlands. His clients include Goodyear Dunlop, Threadneedle and RR Donnelley.
Four employees have been appointed as senior surveyors in their respective departments.
Jan Losch, who joined the firm in 2007, has been promoted in the national valuation advisory team.
He works predominantly in the commercial valuation team where he splits his time between portfolio valuations and loan security work. Jan’s clients include Royal Bank of Scotland, Handelsbanken and Scottish Widows.
Donna Pickersgill has made the grade in the development and regeneration department.
Donna, who has been with the firm since 2011, is responsible for undertaking market research, viability assessments and providing implementation advice. She works with numerous local authority clients, as well as the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation and the Homes and Communities Agency.
Sarah Webb has been promoted within the building consultancy team.
Sarah joined the firm in 2007 as a graduate surveyor. She works on a wide range of services including building surveys, dilapidations and contact administration.
Oli Whele has moved up the ranks in the industrial agency team.
Oli joined CBRE in 2007. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of multi-let industrial estates and large distribution units in the East and West Midlands.
Stephanie Cartwright has been promoted to surveyor in the rating and taxation department.
Stephanie joined CBRE in 2011 and assists clients in reducing their business rates liabilities. She works on a number of large portfolios for clients including HSBC Bank, Lloyds Banking Group and Santander.
