Family businesses are to get an insight into the keys to survival on the wide open plains of business.
National audit, tax and advisory firm Crowe Clark Whitehill is hosting a seminar on how best to avoid the problems which challenge many family businesses.
It takes place on Wednesday, February 27, at the Midlands office of Crowe Clark Whitehill at Black Country House, Oldbury.
Johnathan Dudley, Midlands Managing Partner, asked:
“Why do some family businesses survive for many generations, while others disappear after two or three?
“What are the issues which trigger the course of events leading to failure or sale? How can these issues be avoided or managed, to ensure the survival of a healthy business which is capable of supporting successive generations?
“We will be examining a real life case study which will highlight the issues and the solutions. By raising your awareness, you will be able to minimise the threat to your own or your clients’ businesses.”
The breakfast event begins with registration at 8am. The seminar starts at 8.30am finishing at 9.45am, with refreshments and networking.
Those interested in attending the seminar should contact Miriam Sherwood, marketing manager, at Crowe Clark Whitehill at [email protected] or on 0121 543 1900.
