A health and safety training provider has opened an office in a Cardiff Business Park in a deal secured by global real estate services firm, DTZ.
REC Corporate Health and Safety Services Ltd (REC CHSS) Management has taken 2,354 sq ft of accommodation at Greenmeadow Springs Business Park in Cardiff. The ground floor, open plan office suite is located adjacent to junction 32 of the M4 motorway and forms part of a larger, two storey detached office building.
Alex Easton from DTZ in Cardiff, commented: “The quality of accommodation, its strategic position on the M4 / A470 axis and the availability of competitive terms, meant Greenmeadow Springs was chosen ahead of a number of competing schemes.”
REC CHSS provides Health, Safety and Environmental Training including NEBOSH IOSH, Fire management and Asbestos training and is part of Resource and Environmental Consultants Limited (REC).
Mike Seaward of REC CHSS Ltd, commented on the move: “As a top training provider with national contracts, location was of paramount importance to us and our current position means we are just a stone’s throw away from the national motorway network.”
