Wealth management company Lewis Investments has added to its portfolio with an industrial warehouse unit near Bournemouth.
The 20,604 sq ft unit at 10 Airfield Road in Christchurch, on the Airfield Industrial Estate, is let to Focal Point Fires on a 10-year lease to February 2029.
Goadsby represented Lewis Investments and Vail Williams acted for the seller William Fishwick & Son, a property and renewable energy investor based in Chester.
