Commercial property developer Kingsbridge Estates has completed three new lettings at Spring Business Park, Havant, bringing the development to the milestone of being more than 80% occupied.
Supply chain providers DASIS Partners has taken Unit 5 at the development, located at the New Lane Industrial Estate. DASIS supports companies in the automotive, aerospace and defence sectors through design, project management and manufacturing services.
Gabriel Insulation Services, which insulates homes and commercial buildings throughout Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, has moved into Unit 6.
Southern Artificial Grass, a leading supplier and installer of manufactured grass for indoor and outdoor areas, has moved into Unit 9, along with flooring supplier and installer Portsmouth Flooring.
The string of new occupiers means that Spring Business Park, completed by Kingsbridge Estates in November 2021, is now 82% let by floor space with just two units remaining. They are Unit 8, at 5,587 sq ft, and Unit 10 at 5,599 sq ft. Kingsbridge Estates are being advised by CBRE and Vail Williams.

Sustainability features include electric vehicle charging facilities, low energy lighting, an A-rated Energy Performance Certificate and a targeted “Very Good” BREEAM environmental assessment rating.
The remaining units are available to occupiers on a leasehold basis.
