Higgs LLP has helped a growing lift company establish a new Southern head office.
The West Midlands law firm completed a Lease transaction for Deltron Lifts Limited on a 4,541 sq ft property on Grafton Way on West Ham Industrial Estate in Basingstoke.
Deltron Lifts Limited also has premises in Oldbury, London, Leicester, Fareham and the Isle of Wight and specialises in the maintenance, repair, installation and testing of all types of lifts.
Maria Nicol, Principal Associate in the Higgs Commercial Property team, and Senior Associate Natasha Bhardwaj worked on the transaction.

Higgs dealt with all aspects of the Lease agreement between the Landlord and Deltron Lifts, including title investigation, raising standard and specific enquiries, negotiation, approval and completion of the Lease and post completion work.
