Superdry have taken a new ten year lease of SU210, upsizing and relocating within the scheme to a new 5,716ft² unit tripling the size of their existing store. Superdry will open in April 2013.
Clarks have rationalised their store portfolio within Derby and amalgamated their three units into one unit within Westfield Derby. Clarks have taken a new ten year lease on 3,965ft² of accommodation.
Charlie Browns, the established regional branded fashion men’s and women’s wear retailer have taken new premises at 18 Crown Walk which occupies a prominent corner position adjacent to Boots. Charlie Browns have taken a new five year lease on 3,766ft² of space.
Linens Direct have taken their first unit in the East Midlands as part of their ongoing expansion programme. Linens Direct have acquired a unit of 3,001ft² on Albion Walk.
