Property firm Sanderson Weatherall has added to its Newcastle-based agency team with the appointment of commercial agent James Fletcher.
James brings with him seven years’ experience in commercial agency and most recently spent two years at Knight Frank.
Kevin Mcgorie, partner at Sanderson Weatherall commented, “James has a fantastic range of agency experience and will be an important team member in helping us to deliver our growth plans, especially in the industrial sector which has been thriving over recent years across the region.”
Commenting on his appointment, James said, “Sanderson Weatherall is a leading SME in the property industry and has strong roots in the North East. Having completed a student placement year at the firm ten years ago, it’s exciting to be back and to be a part of this dynamic and driven agency team.”
James will be based in the firm’s Newcastle office which is located at the Central Square South office development in the city centre.
