Anthony Barrowcliffe at FHP has announced that the ground has been broken and significant progress has been made on Phase 1 of a new build industrial scheme under construction by James and Jonathan Broughton off Portland Road at Shirebrook.
Six units are to be built varying in size from 2,538ft² to 5,866ft² with the option to combine where needed. The units are being built to an excellent specification to include: steel portal frame with profile pitched clad roof, solid concrete floors, eaves height of 6 metres, translucent roof lights, high bay LED lighting, 3 Phase power, electric roller shutter door, personnel door, WC facilities, and allocated car parking.
The units also offer excellent green credentials being exceptionally energy efficient with good EPC ratings and will be completed by Q1 2023.
Anthony Barrowcliffe adds: “In a market starved of excellent stock like this we feel this will be well received in the market place with already strong requirements coming through”.
