Bristol based recruitment specialists Precision Resources Group (PRG) have made a significant investment in Bristol by more than doubling their office space in the city centre.
The firm who employ 250 staff, have taken a further 7,804 sq.ft. of newly refurbished space on the second floor at St Bartholomew’s House, which sits next door to Hotel Du Vin.
At the same time the firm have renewed their leases on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building.
Simon Alpren, Financial Director said “We’re thrilled to be committing to another floor at St Bartholomew’s House. This allows us to continue to grow the business and reflects our confidence in Bristol as a great place to work. The new floor provides us with much-needed extra space and will help us attract even more top talent. We are proud to be able to make this commitment and look forward to continuing to play our part in the Bristol economy.”
Chris Howell of Howell Commercial Limited who advised PRG said, “we are delighted to have advised PRG on their further expansion and commitment to the building, following a full review of alternative offices. St Bartholomew’s offers PRG good flexibility as they continue to grow”
Alex Riddell, Director at CBRE who advised the Landlord said “We are very pleased that PRG have chosen St. Bartholomew’s House for their continued growth. The Landlord has undertaken a substantial investment in refurbishing the building and has really moved the asset forward in providing modern, stimulating office space.”
