Acting on behalf of long-term clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants has confirmed the disposal of a good quality warehouse on a large site of just under 50,000 sq ft between Junctions 26 and 27 of the M1 at Hucknall.
Set on a large yard and benefiting from an excellent location, FHP anticipated that the building would be well received in the market and this proved to be the case as a long-term lease was secured to UK Home Shopping Ltd for their expansion.
