The Operational Capital Markets team at Colliers has hired Sara Lindblom to bolster its research capabilities.
Sara joins from EG where she was market development associate for just under two years. In her new role at Colliers she will be working with Lee Layton, head of Operational Real Estate Research, on client driven research across the range of ‘beds’ sectors. Projects the team has worked on this year include; area identification work for the largest US co-living operator; UK beds market analysis for a leading Nordic investor and a substantial amount of single family home work for some of the leading players in the sector.
