Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) and Lamron Estates Ltd are delighted to announce a further letting at Space, their landmark 85,700 sq ft office development in the centre of Woking, to Roke.

Simon Fitch, Director at Hurst Warne, who led negotiations on behalf of RLAM and Lamron Estates commented “It is great to see another occupier join the Space community. We are the newest building in Woking with the best environmental credentials which is one of the reasons why Roke chose to move to Space. Woking continues to go from strength-to-strength and with the recently completed Victoria Place development alongside the already excellent transport communications, we expect to announce more lettings soon.”
Philippa Lambert, Investment Manager at RLAM, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Roke to Space and to the RLAM occupier community. Their move is testament to the quality of the building and the best in class environmental criteria delivered, that has made Space one of the best buildings in the South East.”
Space benefits from a ground floor double height amenity lounge with a café, meeting rooms breakout areas and studio space for exercise classes and events. At first floor level Space+ provides a ready-made office solution for smaller occupiers with 3 suites available from 3,140 sq ft. Conventional space is available over 2 final contiguous floors offering from 12,607 to 25,215sq ft to sq ft.
Lloyd Hankin, Corporate Services Director at Roke commented that the Space building was a perfect fit for the company’s rapid growth. “We’d outgrown our previous site and needed something that would future-proof us as we help more customers improve their business through better use of data and technology.”
Lloyd continues, “As a leading science, engineering and innovation company, we need an environment that allows our team to come together and collaborate on projects in an inspiring and comfortable environment. Our new Woking site ticks all the boxes and we’re looking forward to completion and moving in later this year.”
