BNP Paribas Real Estate has successfully completed on the sale of an office building within Durham’s Belmont Business Park, on behalf of Union Properties, to an undisclosed buyer for £1.35m.
Agreed off market, the 10,500 sq ft Allergate House is leased to occupiers including Howarth Litchfield, Clive Owen LLP, Dewhurts, Giles Insurance Brokers, Ribchesters Accountants, Home Housing, a Premier Inn and a Beefeater restaurant.
