Property consultants Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook have delivered full occupancy at Bredon House on Almondsbury Business Centre in Bristol after completing four lettings in recent weeks.
The new occupiers include expanding construction consultancy Welling Partnership, courier business Stellar Despatch, Tradeforce Gas & Heating and Hive Insurance Services. All have taken 800 sq ft office suites on five year leases. They join existing occupiers in Bredon House including Securitas, TAY Recruitment and Direct Asset Finance
Bredon House is one of nine office buildings on Almondsbury Business Centre. It has been refurbished in phases over recent years and provides a total of 12,000 sq ft of good quality flexible office space which is capable of being split in to small office suites to meet occupier demand.
The landlord, Skelton Group, has also completed a lease renewal with Briggs and Forrester in Linden House, extending their occupancy at Almondsbury Business Centre for a further 10 years.
Tom Dugay from Alder King’s office agency team said: “Almondsbury Business Centre provides modern well-specified offices close to the M4/M5 motorway network and Parkway station. It continues to be popular with a wide range of occupiers attracted to the estate by the generous car parking allocation, landscaped setting as well as the quality of the refurbished space.
“The accommodation in Bredon House is an excellent choice for these new occupiers, who are looking to adjust their footprint or establish new offices in Bristol.”
Lizzie Boswell from Hartnell Taylor Cook commented: “Despite the challenges and uncertainties the out of town office market has faced, Almondsbury Business Centre has continued to thrive by offering good quality accommodation within an attractive environment.”
While Bredon House and Linden House are fully occupied, Alder King and HTC are marketing other space on the business park with suites and self-contained buildings ranging from 2,500 – 5,500 sq ft.
