Westbrook Properties, advised jointly by Savills and JLL, has pre-let one warehouse and one trade counter unit at Bourges View on Maskew Avenue in Peterborough to CareCo (UK) Ltd and Wurth UK Ltd.
Wurth UK, the market leading trader in assembly and fastening materials, has agreed to a new 10-year lease for trade counter space totalling 3,907 sq ft and will occupy Unit 15. CareCo, the mobility aid retailer, has also agreed to a new 10-year lease for Unit 11, which totals 6,070 sq ft.
The scheme, which is being developed by Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management, is set to comprise 21 new trade counter and industrial warehouse units, ranging in size between 2,766 and 34,368 sq ft and is due for completion in March 2023. In addition, deals have been agreed with Costa Coffee, Wendys and Taco Bell for new drive thrus.

The scheme will offer brand new high quality accommodation, which is why we are already seeing occupiers taking space prior to completion. Given the lack of supply across the region, we are anticipating high demand for the remaining available units.”
