David Kos has joined the Colliers National Capital Markets team as a director of industrial & logistics investment, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and contacts across the sector.
Prior to Colliers, David worked for niche investment agency Lewis Ellis and was made a partner in the business last year. He has significant transactional experience across all commercial markets and in recent years had a strong focus on industrial and logistics as the sector gained momentum. At Colliers, he will be responsible for enhancing the team’s presence in the industrial investment markets at a national level, while working closely with Colliers’ agency team to provide a full service to developer and investor clients.
John Knowles, head of National Capital Markets at Colliers, commented: “David joins as we continue to grow our capital markets business in line with our Enterprise ‘25 Growth Strategy, building on our already significant market share. Investors are increasingly looking to us to provide a complete view of the market, spanning both investment and agency and by adding David to the team, we are ensuring we are providing our clients with the best possible advice.”
David adds: “Colliers is a market leading global real estate business, and I am excited to join the company at such an interesting time of growth. Whilst our clients adapt to wider political and economic pressures in the short-term, the continued growth in e-commerce, strong occupier fundamentals and low supply environment make the industrial and logistics sector an attractive place to invest in the long-term.”
