CSquared welcomes Mike McElhinney to the Bath office, where he will be specialising in retail and leisure sectors. Mike is the longest serving retail agent in the city, and as such brings a wealth of experience and an enviable client and contact book. Mike has been responsible for many of the city’s landmark retail schemes over the years and will be working alongside the CSquared existing team to expand the offering in retail and leisure sectors.
CSquared are continuing with their expansion across the South West with opportunities in several areas of business. The Business successfully completed a merger earlier this year with ETP, and the resilience this has afforded allows the business to grow in line with their corporate strategy, even against the challenging economic climate.
