Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, property consultants Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting have let one of the last remaining units at Miller Court, Tewkesbury Business Park. The development is now almost fully occupied after securing over 25,000 sq ft of lettings in the past two years, with just 2,250 sq ft (209 sq m) remaining at Unit 21 Miller Court, at the front of the scheme.
Unit 15, which provides just over 10,000 sq ft (935 sq m) of self-contained space in a three-storey detached building, has been let to Tyco Electronics UK Ltd (TE), who has signed a new five year lease.
Miller Court’s appeal lies in the quality of the development on Tewkesbury Business Park and its regionally significant location at Junction 9 of the M5, giving fast access to the West Midlands. The high specification, flexible office development is arranged in Gladman’s acclaimed courtyard design which gives a practical and attractive working environment.
Rob Holley of Alder King’s Gloucester office said: “Miller Court has proved a great success story, attracting a high calibre of occupiers, many of whom are in the hi-tech sector. To have such a high occupancy rate in the current climate is a real testament to its success.”
Occupiers include Moog Controls, Carter Construction and Freeman Technology.
