Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has expanded with the appointment of a new commercial surveyor. Anneka Wilks who is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, has joined the Valuations and Professional Services team as a Senior Surveyor.
Anneka is from Ludlow and has a wide range of experience in commercial property including undertaking Red Book Valuations as well as surveys. Having taken some time out to bring up her family she is now returning to the employment market to recommence her surveying career.
GJS Dillon’s Valuation and Professional Services Team deals with commercial and residential valuations together with commercial rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations. The department acts as Panel Valuer for most of the main High Street banks and lending institutions, however it is equally skilled at acting for individuals, property companies and SIPP and SASS pension funds when it comes to the valuation of premises.
