Elgan Jones joins HBD as Director, focusing on acquiring and delivering urban development opportunities within London and the South East, including workspace, large-scale mixed use and residential projects.
He brings more than 17 years’ experience delivering successful developments, having held senior roles with the likes of Bellway, NHS Estates, Savills and Cubex. Elgan is also non-executive director at Capsel, part of MHA housing association, and will retain his position as Chairman alongside his new role at HBD.
Elgan said: “It’s an exciting time to be joining HBD and I look forward to working alongside the team to continue growing its £450million development pipeline across London and the South East.”

Its London team is delivering a range of large-scale developments, including Momentum London in Rainham, a high-spec sustainable industrial scheme, Luton’s Butterfield Business Park and Airport Business Park Southend, a joint venture partnership with Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.
