Stanhope, on behalf of Cadillac Fairview, has announced the arrival of Gravity Media, a global leader in broadcast solutions, to the 17-acre creative and life sciences campus of White City Place alongside big broadcast companies ITV and the BBC.
Gravity Media, the world leading global provider of complex live broadcast facilities and production services, will be taking 29,000 sq ft of space in the WestWorks building with the launch of their second London Production Centre later this year as part of its continuing expansion. The new Production Centre will showcase highly-specialist technical facilities – and will join Gravity Media’s current other global Centres in London’s Chiswick, Manchester, Sydney, Melbourne, and San Francisco.

White City Place and Television Centre are at the heart of an £8 billion fifteen-year regeneration of the wider White City area, a new hub of activity, creativity and academia in west London. The thriving neighbourhood will include when complete 2,500 new homes, more than two million square feet of office space and 20,000 new jobs.
White City Place is already home to a cluster of large and small creative companies including ITV, the BBC and Novartis, L’Oreal, Jellycat, Arts Alliance Media, Red Bee and Ross Video. White City Place is also a pharma and life sciences hub situated adjacent to Imperial College West and forming a pre-eminent life sciences cluster in London.
Stanhope is also working on three new buildings with investors Mitsui and AIMCo on the Gateway site at White City Place. Gateway East is a spec building with 500,000 sq ft of lab enabled space and two office buildings Gateway Central, 250,000 sq ft, half pre-let to L’Oreal, and Gateway West, 25,000 sq ft, both of which have recently been completed in construction terms and due to open by the end of 2022.
