With construction recently completed on its latest development of sustainable and flexible business units at Methuen Park in Chippenham, developer Ashville has welcomed Milkrite InterPuls to Ashville Court for the relocation of its UK operations.
Milkrite InterPuls operates with a strong brand and trademark portfolio acknowledged by dairy farmers across the world. As a global leader providing complete milking point solutions to dairy farmers around the world with the aim of improving every farm it touches, Milkrite InterPuls required new premises to facilitate further growth and market innovation.
Steve Wild, director at Milkrite InterPuls, explained: “Ashville Court provides an ideal solution which matches the company’s ambitions and operational needs. We are really pleased to be taking two units totalling just under 6,000 sq ft and are currently carrying out an extensive fit-out programme to create bespoke accommodation to take our business forward.”
Milkrite InterPuls joins a new and vibrant business community at Ashville Court, with a range of unique users taking occupation.
The estate was designed with a focus on green credentials, with the units subsequently receiving EPC A ratings thanks to an impressive specification which has seen the scheme shortlisted for a major award in the Most Sustainable Development category.
Spencer Crowder, Director at Ashville Group, remarked: “Bringing this expanding international occupier into this new and vibrant business community adds to the project success achieved to date, which we are pleased has now also been recognised through its shortlisting for an award.”
Of the 20 new business units at Ashville Court, 13 are already sold or let and a further three are under offer.
James Gregory, partner at Alder King, commented: “The high quality finish of these new buildings has been very well received in the marketplace as there are so few top quality units available in Chippenham.”
Further information about the remaining units can be obtained from the joint letting agents JLL or Alder King or from the developers Ashville.
