Two directors have joined the Project & Building Consultancy team at Colliers, following the firm’s strategic partnership with Paragon Building Consultancy.
Stuart Taggart joins from construction consultancy Linesight, and Jack Fletcher joins from Cushman and Wakefield. Stuart who has 15 years of experience in the industry will join the Cost Management team. He has previously worked with clients Castleforge Partners, Landsec and McLaren Property on construction projects. Jack will join the building surveying team, specialising in occupiers and investor dilapidations. He has previously worked with clients Hewlett Packard, Mitsubishi Estates and Alliance Healthcare.

Colliers agreed a strategic partnership with Paragon in May, bolstering the firm’s Project & Building Consultancy services and bringing together building surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, environmental and sustainability experts based across the UK in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Esher, Bristol and Leeds.
