FigFlex Offices has unveiled a brand new location at FI Real Estate Management’s (FIREM) Frobisher House, making Southampton the seventh UK city to welcome the rapidly expanding serviced office provider.
The launch of FigFlex Southampton closely follows FIREM’s completion of a £3m Grade A refurbishment of its landmark Nelson Gate office complex where the developer is offering units ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 40,918 sq ft.
FigFlex Southampton at Frobisher House will provide over 3,500 sq ft of flexible and collaborative workspace, including serviced offices, co-working areas, break-out spaces, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
Designed to serve the city’s growing SME network, FigFlex Southampton will provide additional business support for its members through a dedicated centre manager. Optional services will include advice from an in-house specialist with free business development sessions and grant guidance.
FigFlex’s arrival at Frobisher House in Southampton follows its complete rebrand from Fig Offices in 2021. This rebrand brought with it a reimagined product offering to provide businesses of all sizes with a friendlier, convenient and more flexible approach to office based working.
Businesses at FigFlex Southampton will benefit from a wide range of benefits at Frobisher House, which is located opposite Southampton Central Station with Southampton City Centre a short walk away.
Frobisher House recently underwent a major refurbishment, which saw the seven storey complex transform into Grade A contemporary space with new mechanical and electrical systems, exposed ceilings, new carpets, bathrooms and showers.
