Avison Young, the global real estate advisor has announced the promotion of Hannah Gray to Associate within the Planning, Development and Regeneration (PDR) team at their Newcastle office.
Hannah joined the Newcastle office (formerly GVA) in 2016 having completed an undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing before achieving a Distinction in her Master’s Course in Town Planning at Newcastle University. Hannah then qualified as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in April 2018.
Hannah has played a key role in securing permissions across the City, particularly East Pilgrim Street and Newcastle Helix. Specific projects include Bank House, Worswick Chambers, Moxy Helix, Pilgrim Place and the HMRC office complex at Pilgrim’s Quarter – as well as securing permission for a new boutique hotel at the Grade-II listed former Fire Station.
