Savills, on behalf of Industrials, has let unit B1 on Tower Close at St Peters Industrial Park in Huntingdon to Nottingham Rehab Ltd.
The mobility equipment supplier has agreed to a new 10-year lease for warehouse and office space totalling 13,140 sq ft (1,220 sq m). The property was marketed at a guide price of £7 per sq ft (£75 per sq m).
