BNP Paribas Real Estate has supported Generali Real Estate in achieving BREEAM-In-Use Part 1 (Version 6) ‘Excellent’ rating for One Fen Court, the 4th office building in London to achieve this rating operationally.
The BREEAM-In-Use rating, secured by BNP Paribas Real Estate’s property management team in partnership with landlord Generali Real Estate and tenant M&G at the Fenchurch Avenue (EC3) building, was delivered following significant collaboration between all parties. M&G fully supported the accreditation and assisted with the sharing of required BREEAM data.
The BREEAM-In-Use rating achieved follows other ‘Excellent’ accreditations secured for the One Fen Court building including for BREEAM Construction (whole building) in 2018 and BREEAM Fit Out (M&G Limited levels 3-13) in 2021.
Generali Real Estate is strongly committed to ESG and continues to work closely with tenants and property managers to achieve international market leading accreditations in the portfolio. It recently further extended its relationship with BNP Paribas Real Estate across key assets within its Central London portfolio.
Ned Salisbury, Head of London Asset Management at Generali Real Estate commented: “Delivering a market-leading portfolio of sustainable assets supported by best practice asset and property management is integral to our business.
